Refund policy

What you buy

A save adds time to the clock and puts your name up the instant the payment is confirmed. A sponsor spot is a ranked listing on the site that lasts as long as the site lives. Both are digital and delivered immediately, and nothing can be taken back off the clock, so payments are final and non-refundable.

That includes when the site dies: there is no prize, and nothing is refunded because the clock ran out.

Automatic full refunds

You don't need to ask for these. They happen on their own, in full, to the card or account you paid with:

• Your payment was confirmed after the clock had already hit zero.
• Your sponsor spot was declined in review.
• The site died while your sponsor spot was still waiting for review.
• Payments from one card (or one email address, without a card) went over $1,000 within 24 hours. The payment that went over is refunded.
• Something went wrong on our side, for example the amount charged didn't match the checkout.

Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Sponsors get an email when a refund is on its way.

Charged by mistake?

If you were charged twice, charged for something you didn't get, or think something else went wrong, email thedevillusipher@gmail.com within 14 days with the email you paid with and the date. We'll look into it and refund anything charged in error.

Who processes payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who sell on our behalf as the merchant of record. Your receipt comes from them, and you can also reply to it for help with an order. See the Terms for everything else.
